Discrimination →
Discrimination is the unjustified unequal treatment of a person on the basis of ethnic origin or racial grounds, gender, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual identity
Harassment →
Harassment is unwanted behavior that violates a person's dignity and creates a harassing, hostile or humiliating environment.
Disadvantageous treatment →
A disadvantage is an unfavorable difference in treatment between one person and another that occurs without an objective reason.
Violence →
Violence is any physical or psychological impairment of the free formation and exercise of will; the threat, i.e. the prospect of violence, can also be sufficient.
Insult →
An insult is a disparagement, insult or humiliation of a person through words, gestures, images or actions.
Bullying →
Bullying is a form of repeated harassment that takes place over a longer period of time and is aimed at systematically belittling, intimidating or ostracizing a person.
Stalking →
Stalking is the repeated and persistent pursuit, harassment or threat of a person that leads to fear, discomfort or interference in daily life.
Abuse of power →
